This concept has been applied to the design of this project by creating a collaboration of different separate zones of workspaces: like guest meetings zone, workers zone, admin zone, rentals zone.
These working areas are all separated through use of partition walls, different lighting, different flooring, and difference in colors and materials which creates a different physical and psychological effect among the people working in different areas
Materials and Finishes
In an office made of many subcultures, a perceivable space separated by materials, partitions, furniture and Ceilings; new ways of collaboration can develop.
The group concept of subcultures has been applied to separate work zones throughout the process
