Brand Promises: To have integrity, the restaurant must establish a distinct set of promises that differentiate this brand, defines it and differentiates from the rest, to result in a strong brand.

Initial Concept
Collins Street is a major street in the city center of Melbourne Australia. This Street is known for its grand Victorian architecture and the most authentic Australian boutiques. I believe it would be a great opportunity to display how a new modern Design based on Australian Golden Wattles can blend in with old tradition Victorian Architecture

The concept of the space is to serve good food and service in native Australian ways. The restaurant will be fine dining serving authentic Australian cuisine. The branding idea for this restaurant is Kangaroo with colors of the Golden Wattle flowers to represent the authenticity of the Australian cuisine in Melbourne.
